About Me
Every person deserves to feel supported and empowered during their birth journey. As a doula, I'm here to help that happen.

Hi, I'm Carly Chapple, CD(DONA). I became interested in all things pregnancy and birth after the birth of my oldest son. Afterwards, I realized that I had options during labor I wasn't aware of. I became passionate about pregnancy, labor, birth + postpartum and determined I wanted to be a source of help in providing birthing families with the chance to have an empowering and supported birth experience. I’ve personally had the spectrum of births (hospital, birth center, home), and have helped women birth in all of those same settings.
Every person deserves to have a birth they love, no matter what the birth looks like -- planned c-section, home births, VBAC, unexpected c-sections, with or without pain medication. My aim is to put birthing people and partners in charge of their own choices by providing you with evidence-based information to make informed and educated decisions about your care. I am a certified doula through DONA International, and have been practicing as a doula since 2017. To date, I’ve attended around 90+ births. I live in Salt Lake with my husband and kids — 9, 6, and 3. When not immersed in the birth world, you can find me in the mountains climbing, hiking, biking + skiing. |
